SIT presents the new SIT TORQUE FLEX® V-belts for demanding applications, transversely rigid and with greater flexibility thanks to the new tooth profile.
The classic and narrow high performance V-belts optimize their perforation and improve the dynamic performance of the product.
Thanks to an FEM (Finite Elements Method) study, the geometry of the profile has been identified that improves the working life of the SIT TORQUE FLEX® V-belts, further increasing their durability and efficiency.
The new belt tooth profile increases flexibility and reduces stress at critical points of failure
The SIT TORQUE FLEX® V-belts are totally interchangeable with the previous generation.
The new profile makes it possible to wrap the belts on smaller diameters than non-optimized profiles, guaranteeing better performances and transmissions with reduced overall dimensions.
