METALDRIVE ® Disc Couplings are made of steel and are used in all applications where high reliability and precision are required with minimal maintenance. All METALDRIVE® coupling components are fully machined (spacer excluded) and balanced according to DIN ISO 1940-1 Q 6, 3.

Features

  • Free and torsionally rigid backlash
  • Maintenance, lubrication and free wear
  • Operating temperature up to 300 ° C
  • Allows for axial, angular and radial misalignment (only with a double disc pack)
  • Available in accordance with API 610 and API 671
  • Available with carbon shaft
  • Available on request of couplings certified according to the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU
