Description
METALDRIVE ® Disc Couplings are made of steel and are used in all applications where high reliability and precision are required with minimal maintenance. All METALDRIVE® coupling components are fully machined (spacer excluded) and balanced according to DIN ISO 1940-1 Q 6, 3.
Features
- Free and torsionally rigid backlash
- Maintenance, lubrication and free wear
- Operating temperature up to 300 ° C
- Allows for axial, angular and radial misalignment (only with a double disc pack)
- Available in accordance with API 610 and API 671
- Available with carbon shaft
- Available on request of couplings certified according to the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU

S execution Standard version with single disc pack
DC execution Standard version with double disc pack and standard length spacer
It allows axial angular and radial misalignment.
SA1 execution Tubular shaft version
The shaft is available in various lengths, available in welded aluminum or steel.
Available with carbon shaft.
SA2 execution Shaft version with solid shaft construction
Different variable shaft lengths available
DCA execution Double disc pack
Double disc pack for failure prevention .Standard spacer lengths for pump applications . This execution is available in conformity to API 610 e API 671.
