High performance synchronous belt with aramid cords for use in demanding transmissions that require high performance.
BLACKHAWK PD ® is precision designed and manufactured to suit many high capacity synchronous applications.The crosslinked elastomeric rubber compound is formulated to resist deformation and increase tooth stiffness, increasing belt life and lowering maintenance costs.Compared to other belts in its class, Hibrex® is up to seven points more resistant to tooth shear.
Its chemical stability resists the effects of oils, refrigerants, heat and ozone. The Hibrex® rubber compound is reinforced with aramid tensile members for high resistance to torque surges.
